Nankhatai Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup maida
- 1/2 besan
- 1/2 + little bit more (approx 1 tablespoon) cup ghee
- 2/3 powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
Recipe Instruction
1. Beat sugar and ghee together till it becomes soft and fluffy
2. Add all the dry ingredients
3. Crumble and combine to mix everything. Do not make a dough
4. Once the mixture start binding and take shape the mixture is ready. (You can add little milk if the mixture do not take any shape ) Make desired shape of the nankhatai and place it in a baking tray
5. Preheat the oven on 160° C for 10 mins and then bake the nankhatai for 26-28 min on 160°C. Let the nankhatai cool. Then it is ready to eat.
*You can add dry fruits on the top.
